As the Moon moves through Sagittarius, a sign of truth and expansion, we’ll reflect, create space within, and reconnect to what matters most. Through breathwork, intention-setting, and a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra journey, you’ll be guided back to your inner sanctuary. We’ll close with a nourishing lunar ritual to release what’s ready to fall away and plant seeds for what’s to come.
