When the 101 North Team searched the Los Angeles Area for the perfect location to begin this journey, they were inspired by the rich & diverse culinary scene that downtown Los Angeles has created. They were motivated to bring that energy, enthusiasm, and love for food to an area that has an emerging culinary scene of it’s own. They believe that Westlake Village is the perfect place to debut our new American restaurant, serving a population that values and appreciates high quality dining and holds their community of friends and family in the highest regard.
It is 101 North’s Philosophy that love can be expressed in food and they invite you to share in that love. This has inspired the team at 101 North to work with local farmers, growers and artisans to fill their kitchen with ingredients that will not only delight their diners, but will uphold their commitment to support local businesses and the community.

A Tea Thing
A Tea Thing was all humbly started as a group of friends sparking an idea to create a place providing boba tea at its finest. We developed every drink with a lot of thought and joy, sorted out the most quality ingredients and constantly reminded ourselves to listen to our customers’ feedback, keep learning and improving on this journey. By developing a variety of options on our menu, from tea to coffee, from non-caffeinated milk drink to smoothie, we want to make sure you can find something for the whole family on our menu.
A Tea Thing is a me thing! As we find ourselves in the drinks that we created, we hope you will find happiness and satisfaction with each sip that you take. Los Agaves is a family-owned and operated Mexican restaurant that originated in Santa Barbara in 2008 with a location at 600 N. Milpas and one at 2911 De La Vina Street. Prince Street Pizza opened its doors in 2012 in New York City. Our recipes have been in the Morano Family for generations and stem from a simple idea “if you can put it on pasta you can put it on pizza.” Since then, Prince Street has made a name for itself as a premium pizzeria across New York, Miami, California and Toronto, Canada, serving legendary Sicilian “SoHo” Squares and original Neapolitan pizzas with a New York City slice shop experience.
Our pizzas are available by the slice and as whole pies and are prepared with handcrafted sauces made daily from scratch. To get the same dough texture in markets outside of New York, we even use a water filtration process that replicates the water used in New York.
